Certificates of Compliance and Exemption are necessary to show the property or any alterations to the property are built in line with Building Regulations and Planning Laws.
Land Registry Maps would be required if the property has never been registered with the PRA. The map will show the location of the property (with floor plans for apartments) along with any rights of way etc.
A Planning Search will give a list of planning applications for a property along with any applications of interest in the area. It will also show enforcement orders and compulsory purchase orders.
