Our founders, Eoin Redmond and Noel Tate had just both gone through the house buying journey and experienced the stress and complexity first hand. So they decided to use their experience in product and software development to simplify the process of booking a survey for house buyers and connect them with the best surveyors in their area.

Eoin Redmond
Co-founder & CEO

Eoin is passionate about creating innovative products. Eoin has a background in Software Development and Business as well as extensive international experience developing successful products and implementing process improvement strategies.

A son of an Architectural Technologist and Surveyor, Eoin has witnessed first-hand the challenges new home buyers endure in their home buying process. This can be an inefficient and costly process. Eoin has worked, with Noel Tate (co-founder), to develop a simple, no-hassle, fixed price, platform service to connect home buyers to surveyors.

Having launched in 2018 The Get House Survey team now offers nationwide coverage in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and our network of property surveyors is now expanding across the rest of the UK. With a proven business model and consistent 5.0 Star Google Business Rating, the team plan to continue to deliver a quality service and the fastest turnaround time for House Buyers in need of a property surveyor, no matter where they are.

Noel Tate
Co-founder, Head of Product and Podcast Host

Noel has worked in online tech for over 17 years. Starting in Paddy Power Online before moving on to work for some US tech companies.

He got his first taste of the housing market in Ireland while working as the Product Manager for Daft.ie.

He specialises in software product management, customer experience, operations, and online marketing.

As one of the co-founders of GetHouseSurvey, Noel initially helped to build our online platform before taking the lead of our online marketing, including hosting The Get House Podcast which to date, has over 20k listeners and is the number 1 Podcast in Ireland for first-time buyers.

Tara Redmond
Director of Operations & Partnerships

Tara worked as Marketing Manager for large international brands including Paddy Power and Debenhams. Since qualifying as a Project Manager four years ago, Tara has been working very closely with one of the Get House Survey surveyors. Tara has first-hand experience of helping hundreds of people navigate their way through their home buying journey

Emma Tate
Customer Growth Manager

Emma has over 10 years working in customer experience roles and has recently moved into online marketing.

She uses this expertise in customer experience and online marketing to help grow the number of GetHouseSurvey.ie customers through the marketing of our product, podcast and partner programs.
